Simple and transparent – here’s our process
It’s our policy to be as open and transparent about the ins and outs of teaching with NOVA as possible when we speak with applicants. In the same spirit, we want our applicants to understand the recruitment process before they begin also. We handle things a little differently for those living within Japan and those overseas as you can see below.
Already in Japan?
The following steps apply to those currently residing in Japan. There are four stages to complete before teaching; the time involved will depend on the specific circumstances of the individual applicant.
